Installation:
Model is unlocked. HOWEVER, PLEASE GIVE PROPER CREDITS WHERE DUE. Will add more variety to these vehicles.
I will be adding a 'tutorial' on how to ADD this rather than replace the cars.

Slicktop/undercover and marked version with light bar and rambar and spotlight available.
NOTE while it does work without  change the meta file this will help.
GO TO vehicle.meta

In the meta file find police3 and fbi. Change the handling vehicle from fbi and police3 to dominator
Then go to flags and make sure it has FLAG_HAS_EXTRA and FLAG_HAS_LIVERY for both FBI and police3. The model supports multiple 
liveries. I made the SAHP livery quickly so it is far from perfect plus I am not much of the typical SAHP style liveries.
Updates will come with more extras. Has working spot light. Bugs with model is from base model.
