Its been awhile since I posted a livery pack release, sorry! But, I had a break in my commission work the past few weeks - was finally able to finish off a livery pack that I had been working on sporadically since the summer. This livery is based on the City of Clarkesville Police, GA (which was a commission project over a year ago) - I thought it would work really well for a smaller agency in game, like Paleto Bay. In keeping with the smaller agency idea, I really liked the concept behind @RangerZ BCSO Pack (Dec 2024 release, linked below).......a smaller agency doesn't have the budget or need for multiple vehicle makes/models. For consistency and purchasing power, they might stick with one manufacturer, or just one or two models - and then have variations of those outfitted as needed. Heck - maybe the Chief's brother owns the local Dodge dealership! lol
You will find this mega-pack includes 18 uniquely different liveries, but only for the Charger and Durango models in RangerZ's pack. Don't worry, though - he covered all the bases a small department would need..........marked, K9, slicktop, traffic, and unmarked! He included some great lighting features, like cruise lights, and gives the options for R/B or B/B lighting. Plus, it is available as either and ADDON or REPLACE pack. Definitely a pack worth checking out, even if you don't use my livery!
I made the name/design changes to the main text decals first, and then spent time thinking about what else I wanted to add. Then, @Mantic Studios released a fantastic Paleto Bay Police badge pack, and I found the inspiration I needed! I confirmed with Mantic that it would be ok to put the badges to use......even got a couple more specific ones made up for me - much appreciated! While not very common, the oversized door badge idea has always intrigued me, and I went with that. Along the lines of Decatur Police, and some others I have seen online. And, rather than having smaller text on the vehicle fender indicating its role (K9, Supervisor, Traffic, etc) - I decided to have the actual door badge do that. You will see regular PATROL badge liveries, but then also SERGEANT, LIEUTENANT, TRAFFIC, and K9.
I made 2 liveries for each of the 9 vehicle models in the pack. Each of those 18 liveries is unique in multiple ways - different main unit callsign numbers, different smaller "fleet" numbers (made those up - year purchased, and callsign), and variations amongst some of the rear decals. I figure an agency would have some consistency on the "bumper stickers", and some are mandatory and part of the overall livery. All marked units have the AED, MOVE OVER, and CRIMESTOPPER decals. Beyond that, each model has variations of a few other decals - BUCKLE UP, SPEED, DUI, DARE, etc. I went with more of the lore-friendly, tongue-in-cheek GTA style for some of those. The unmarked unit liveries only have the rooftop markings, and the rear "fleet" number. One Durango unmarked livery is callsign C01, with fleet 24-C01 - made that up for the Chief, with the newest SUV!
I'll take a moment here to give credit to a few other devs, for free material they have posted before on LSPDFR. Aside from Mantic for the door badge.........Gump (for the US thin blue line flag), and SGN (for the DARE decals, and the K9 Paw print thin blue line decal). All other decals/stickers were made by me, nearly all from scratch - based on material freely available online elsewhere.
I also made one pack of liveries with the body colour set, and then a second pack with "transparent" liveries. If you are able to change vehicle base body colours (either in a trainer, or digging into the vehicle meta files), transparent might be the way to go. Like RangerZ mentions, the in game GTA metallic colours look much better. I think my base colour matches the ingame "midnight silver" fairly well. I cycled thorugh most of the other base colours - this livery seems to work well with any of the blacks or darker silvers and blues. Some of the screenshots do show different body colours on a few of the Chargers, and the Chief's Durango. If you get too light, the unit numbers will start to disappear. Not sure about purples or reds!
As far as the download folder goes.......... Inside you will find I have 2 subfolders, for the Charger and Durango. Within each of those, are more subfolders for the individual Charger or Durango models - labelled with both the REPLACE and the ADDON name. Within those, are subfolders for "dark silver" set body colour, and "transparent". And, finally - in those are the livery files.......named as needed for drag/drop install into the .ytds. Remember, you have to add the livery texture to the +hi.ytd files as well!
OK.....that should be it for the decription on the livery pack! I didn't make up any ghosted versions for the Traffic units - if there is enough interest, I could work on those. Also......if you really don't like the LARGE door badge, but like the rest of the livery design - let me know. I was considering making another pack, with smaller more typical badging.

I hope you enjoy! As always:
- please let me know if you have any issues with the liveries
- feel free to use these liveries on any other vehicles in your game that they happen to fit/work with, but I can only guarantee that they will work with the vehicle models I suggested
- if there is another vehicle/pack that you want the liveries to work with, please let me know in the comments or by a DM - I am sure we can work something out. Or, if you are able, go ahead and rework the livery to another template yourself to use - but, for use in your game only.........please don't repost and claim the work as your own
- feel free to share photos or use in videos (would love to see some of those!)........just give credit back to me
- please do not repost/upload or claim the liveries and work as your own, on this or any other site
- I would appreciate and look forward to any feedback, comments, or reviews
- I am not responsible for "breaking" your game........none of these files will do that, if installed properly. If you are not sure on how to do so, YouTube and Google are your friends!
Do you have a specific livery request? Maybe your hometown or local area Police/Fire/Ambulance/Tow/whatever service? Please contact me via DM here, or on Discord (Medicmojo#3955) to discuss further.........
