This is the prototype on a Merit, I tried to stick to the liveries of the police cars found in GTA Vice City. I've also made Florida license plates, both for civilian and police cars, to stick to the theme. Here's the prototype skin, feel free to tell me what you think of it. (PS: I'm aware of the license plates looking a bit weird, I'll fix this easily, I just didn't want to bother myself doing that at the moment since it's just a prototype).
