the texture has now been updated to have the ribbon facing forward and there are now some black bits included by request of strike :D

here are my recently developed u.s. coast guard textures for gta iv

the ped textures replace the prisoners jumpsuit and therefore if you wish you could export the prisoner and replace another ped model for access to it through lcpdfr

the vehicle texture is for any suburban model (not tahoe)
