Partner 1.When you command your partner to arrest him and the suspect just walk away,you can simply command him to hold the suspect. 2.If your partner dont apply your commands you can arrest the suspect and call for prisioner transport or you drive him. Ped events 3.When u see a fight or any other events, you shall report by pressing ALT+E then the control will send a patrol cars to arrest them.

if its about the "saving data" u just go to LCPDFR configure in the diagnostics tools,then go to advanced settings then uncheck auto save.

I press the key to equip the taser wich is it ALT+T and the player never do that,and in the LCPDFR.ini using the taser in enabled or True,or whatever was it. NOTICE:im using the 1.0d cause ihave so much laggs in the 1.1 FR.i hope you find a solution for that too. And thanks for being the best support staff/team that i ever knew
