okay Thanks all!! i think i had like 17 fps when i just had run it without mods. does anybody have some nice links of low poly cars.(Or Recommandations) and i already got everything on low, but i will try the optional settings ;) i will delete the Spotlight mod and airhorns too because those aren't working. thanks again! -Snippro12 Edit: i can't find the 'optional settings' in the graphic menu :S

the 1:90 GHZ is from the processor, it is enough to run it. when i go to www.canirunit.com everything is green even on the recommended side. -Snippro12

Hello guys, I recently bought myself a new laptop, i wanted 1 that can run Gta IV/ELFC Easily so i benchmarked the whole laptop, and it says he can run it easy. But when i am ingame i only get 15 FPS on Low Settings. (I updated the game) I only have car mods, LCPD:FR, a not working luminance mod, spotlight (not working either), and a road texture. but without the mods it has 17 FPS on low, while the benchmarking said i can run it on high easy. This are my laptop specs: CPU: AMD A8-4500 APU with Radeon ™ HD Graphics 1.90 GHZ Ram: 4,00GB Windows: 64 Bit system Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7640G + 7670M Dual graphics. i hope you guys can help me! ooh yeah i have saved my game while on duty i have reinstalled my game fully without adding mods and retry ed to play it but same problem but that was already a while ago

i just don't know the problem that gta 4 gives me i just wanna play lcpdfr :((((((((

but what is weird too when the characters are loaded and then it saids loading-bull in a chinashop and the music stops 15 seconds before the text stops but normal you heard a ping or something and then you are in game but i don't hear a ping or something

but now the problem :p plzz i wanna play so much i have searched the whole internet for the solution but i can't find it the savegames are still in the folder but when i take them out the game still says the same mission name and doesn't start after the characters loadscreen i always run it as a administrator

well i don't have pursuit mod anymore i had it but reinstalled the game but the loading screen stays :s soo thats the explainaison for that and the window is because of hypercam

i have the lcpdfr and mods because the troubleshooter en guideline said that i needed to re install my mods

yes i did that a couple of times deleting the whole rockstar map and the savegames and shit but it still doesn't work ooh i am going to run as admin (thx :) ) i am gonna upload a video so you can see

yeah maybe it worked with you but i did that like a 100 times and i can't add the diagnostic tool because it said it just stopped working if i start it up :sad:
