I have no idea what the LOD's are. Are they the siren lights?

Hey, Ekalb. I finally figured out how to get all of the textures working with Zmodeler. I was able to reposition the Whelen Liberty where it needed to go on the Vapid and I was able to position the siren lights correctly. The car ran great in the game, however, the light bar doesn't render at a certain distance in-game. When I get close enough, it appears. In other words; The car's look like slicktops from a distance with flashing lights floating above them. Any idea what it could be?

I just tried your theory and ran through the city shooting RPG's everywhere. No FBI.

I'm sure there have been others who have run into the problem where you find yourself with four or more stars and the FBI never respond. Could a script be created that will actually spawn FBI once in a while during a five or more star wanted level?

This scheme is similar to one I created on APB when I used to run my old clan on there. I understand it's not too different from NC's scheme, but that's because when I had created this scheme on APB, at the time I was designing it based off of NC since I was stationed there.
