As I currently am putting together a NYPD pack, but I've kind of come across a MAJOR issue to do with rotators... Is there anyway to get the rotators in "Police4" to function properly instead of them just being frozen??

Okay, thanks guys for the info. :) One more question, I've been told by multiple people different numbers on how many vehicle liveries you can have on a single vehicle... Some have told me 4, 8, 10, 12 and then a couple say that it's unlimited...?

What "added vehicle slots" are there that I can use for Police/EMS/Fire if I want to enable ELS and/or LCPDFR to them...?
