I've tried downloading from GPM before, and it would always redirect me to the homepage instead of letting me download. And I couldn't find any cars I wanted on a few other sites I found. I just wanted to ask here because I'm sure people here have some models I was looking for. Sorry I asked... And to the others, thanks.

Note: I have searched a lot of GTA:IV sites for models and I found a few, but none of them were ELS capable. I need models for the N.O.O.S.E hummer and the N.O.O.S.E armored truck. Please make sure they are updated to ELS v6. Thanks! :D

What's the difference between doing F12 for backup or ALT+B? It seems neither respond too well, but sometimes I'll get some good backup. And whenever I call noose they never seem to show up or they take forever.

Note: I can't seem to find the latest version of SparkIV for regular GTA:IV. When I download SparkIV, do I give it it's own folder? Or do I have to put the SparkIV .zip/.rar file's contents somewhere int he GTA:IV root folder? This is my last question. Sorry guys. :/

When ever I call in backup for instance, ALT+B - Backup is called, but for some reason I spawn in a comet every time I do it. And it happens with other codes also.

I've ran the diagnostic tool as an administrator and there were no errors - and I read the "read me" support thread and checked everything - all looked good. The only question I have is where do I put the contents of the emergency light mod v6? I tried before and it overwrote some other files - assuming I did it right.

Thank you! :) One more quick question: I was watching one video that stated you need to copy all the game files & folders and paste it into a newly created folder called "RockstarGames" - Do I still have to do that if I download via steam?

I'll pay first. I'm wondering if there is anyone willing to help. I always manage to screw up installing the mods. And can someone also answer this question: If you just purchased GTA IV from the Steam Store, and downloaded it today - Does it already include the latest patch?
