I have this same problem with my game

I keep getting the "Error in Script: LCPDFR Loader.Loader!" :wallbash:Is there a way I can fix this? The error message pops up as soon as I enter the game. I have located this file in the scripts folder of my GTA IV folder and it's the only one in there. Is there something that I'm missing here? The error seemed to have occurred as soon as I hit play and all of the game booted up, as soon as I got in the game in my house, I get the error message. I haven't used any other mods. Also, how can I tell if my game is 1.0.7.0? Will it say so in the control panel in programs & features? My computer is running .NET Framework 4.5, I checked in the features part of the control panel and enabled all of them. Would this require a system restart? I did find where the console was recorded at what my computer did when LCPDFR was attempting to load, it's attached. I really need the help because I'm new at this stuff.
