Hello All, Some of you were wondering how too get additional police vehicles to patrol regularly. There is away... please follow these steps on doing so. 1. Please Install the latest Traffic Flow mod. 2. Edit the TrafficFlow.ini file to include the Noose and PolPatriot within 2 of the 20 available slots. 3. Lastly go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data and edit the cargrp.dat file. Delete the Noose and PolPatriot from the # POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS group and add them to other groups such as # POPCYCLE_GROUP_HARLEM, # POPCYCLE_GROUP_BRONX, # POPCYCLE_GROUP_JERSEY and so on and so on. Don't worry, the police will only handle/drive these vehicles and react like normal officers. ENJOY!!! FYI - I'm also working on getting additional police vehicles such as police3, police4, policeb and so on to work. The above method works with them... however no drivers... just ghost drivers. lol I believe the animgrp.dat and precincts.dat files have something too do with it.

You should... Right click the Grand Theft Auto IV directory folder, uncheck read only and apply all changes (sub-folders and files). Steam>SteamApps>Common>Grand Theft Auto IV
