Hope everyone is having a great day. I have here liveries based on Pelion PD there cars caught my eye and I decided to try my hand at replicating them. 
I did go Grey with the cars because white can just be so bright and blinding in game and my last several cars have been white. Feedback, criticisms,

To Add livery:
Open IV must be downloaded and the directory of where your GTA 5 is located. 
Edit Mode Must be on.
 
Open The YTD file and right click on the existing livery and click "replace." 
Locate the PNG that I have provided and click open.
Then delete all of the files that start with vehicles_generics...
Once that is all done.
Save Your work.
 
Make sure to follow the install instructions of the cars below as well to get it into your game.

Hello, my nickname is Pikka and i present my public "custom" texture for Vest 13 setup 1 from HANAKO

Keep in mind that this is not 100% replica of the original vest, they are diffrent from eatch other and this is i got close to the real life version. As well keep in mind i only re-textured the original vest and i'm not perfict so it is not really looking good but it should get the job done.

Requirements for applying texture:
WinRAR/7Zip or anying that can open .ZIP files
OpenIV
EUP VEST＆EARPIECE 1.1 

Applying Texture to model:
Download EUP VEST＆EARPIECE 1.1 (https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/25692-eup-vest%EF%BC%86earpiece/) Open OpenIV  Drag Files from EUP VEST＆EARPIECE 1.1 to the left side of the OpenIV Locate folder vest10(Reworked) Open Folder setup1 Open Folder mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood inside folder setup1 Enable Edit Mode Open task_diff_008_a_uni, task_diff_008_b_uni or task_diff_008_c_uni  Extract file CJNG Vest texture.png from ZIP file In OpenIV replace the texture for the new one (SWAT Vest Texture.png) Click save Highlight the files inside and copy them to your folder and use them as planed Also there is a video that i recomend if you want a video tutorial.

Here are a few liveries I created for the fictional Blaine County Sheriff's Office based off of Barnwell County Sheriff's Office in South Carolina I did not break my back to go 1 for 1 with realism since it is for the fictional Blaine County Sheriff's Office.
These are very bold and almost clashy with the orange which is something I oddly like along with the sharp edges and bends of the decal. They are pictured
with Ripple's Legacy Pack however the 14 and 18 charger are quite common models and will work on plenty of other vehicle packs. The FPIU was a little more tricky as far as compatibility for some reason.

I would like to say sorry this is the only picture I have rn, my friend asked me to make him a Tahoe and requested a livery that looked like this, just releasing the livery, not ready to release the Tahoe yet.

No parts where ripped or altered from his livery, I hand made all of the parts in photoshop however, they are made to look very similar, and yes I did read his TOS, which said don't rip or alter and I don't consider this ripping or altering because I did not take anything off his vehicle. If I'm in the wrong for posting this I will take it down, but like I said, I don't think I did anything wrong other than use his idea on another base. sooooooooo yeah.
