  1. This simple file edit increases damage and decreases the accuracy of weapons. Making it take fewer shots to take someone out, and giving guns a heavier recoil (For example, a pistol shot can take 2-3 body shots on average)

+decreases accuracy on most ranged weapons (except snipers) for a more realistic spread leading to more intense and longer shootouts.
+smaller crosshair (gives you a perspective of where you're shooting without being blatantly obvious)
+weapon damage increased, no more pedestrians getting up over and over after getting shot!
+makes weapons less accurate when holding down LMB(shoot) Small bursts are more accurate!
+weapon ranges slightly increased on shotguns and other weapons
+deagle, shotguns, and rifles exert slightly more force when making contact
    Other slight changes

    V2
+Removed health circle around aiming reticle when aiming at enemies. No more hints that you are hovering right over an enemy!

Please leave feedback :) I don't consider myself a modder but I have the utmost respect to those who can script, model, texture, etc.
This is simply something I edited in my game to get a more realistic LCPDFR. (I must say shootouts and gunplay has brought a new light in this aspect, considering GTA weapons are dead accurate by default)

INSTALLATION - Drop both files in your common/data folder. Make backups
    NOTE:
If you want to keep the health reticle when aiming at enemies, just don't install the hud file.
