To install go to the vehicle you want to be changed over in your directory. open the YTD file in OpenIV. Find the livery (usually has the name Sign_1 with it) and use the replace button to replace the textures.

This is a Jefferson County Tennessee 2014 Dodge Charger Skin that i think looks beautiful on the real car. As Always my skins are 100% made from scratch by me, enjoy!!!

This is a Ambulance Texture very Similar to what is used where i live. Add some real paint schemes to your game and get a more full role play experience. !100% made from scratch by me so i hope you enjoy!!!

This is 99% accurate and the 1% is the unit numbers go in the windows so you will have to add that your self. I have also included the vehicle template so it will be easier to match it to a model.
