    Hey everyone, im new to the community like my fourth post. I need help showing how to install custom skins on cars. I am a newb im sorry. I do not know how to use Spark IV or Open IV i would like assistance on this please? if any one could send me a link to down load it and a helpful video i would appricate it. I tried looking couldnt find any :( Thanks.

    Hi Everyone, I am new here to this community. There was a picture of a state tropper had a arrested a ped and bent over the the hood of the car. I understand he was using this mod called SNT Ped Animation Mod. I can not find it or find the link. Im looking for support to help find this Animation Mod. I only found this mod a week ago on accident on you tube, I honestly wish i found this earlier. Also is it possible for this mod to be made for GTA 5 down the line? Jay
