So, I decided to start this to see who we lost along the way. Today, I lost my longtime partner, and not going to lie, it kinda hit me where it hurt! Somehow you still get attached to dumb as bricks AI.

Crazy idea (because the chances of it happening in the GTAV engine are slim and none) but an awesome idea.
I wish games had more mechanics like this, similar to Kenshi. The world is alive beyond the players recognition.
 

The problem might be related to the issues mentioned here in the topic linked below. A fix has just been released.

Personally, I think it'll add a level of hilarity and realism to the modification, depending on how someone wants to go about it.
 
Personally, I think a car chase being lost can have several implications. That person can rob a bank/store, that person can crash somewhere, that person can ditch the car somewhere safe (light it on fire?) and go on foot. Boundless options.

Oh good god, that gives me PTSD just imagining.

I was at the FD near Davis talking to the smoke eaters while things were quiet.  You know how when you're around a ped for too long they get aggro at you?  This gang banger on the street started talking shit, shoved me, then finished up with a punch.  The firefighters got mad and started hitting him, and boyyyyyy did the gunshots start.  The local gang members were pissed and started lighting up the FD.  Hit the panic button, cavalry rolls in, now we have a massive firefight.  In the middle of all this, an ambo rolls up to treat the injured, which resulted in either EMS being shot or joining in on the chaos of attacking those who were shooting.  In GTA fashion, a second ambulance rolls up for the paramedics - and gunshots are still happening! In the middle of everything, AI civilians are losing their shit and either crashing into each other, running over peds, or killing themselves by ramming head first into buildings.
 
SanAndreas Towing and the Coroners really earned their keep that day.
 
 

I showed up to a car fire and when Fire Dept was taking too long I try to extinguish it my self and end up getting burnt but just so happen the firefighters got there and they put me out. I guess as I was trying to extinguish the fire I might have sprayed a ped with it and as the medic is trying to give me a medkit this guy comes running and sucker punch the shit out of me, needless to say that was the end of my duty 😂
