  1. When I am in patrol I cannot pull over anyone and I cannot change my status by pressing f7.
  2. I am looking for some els cars right now.
  3. I restored backup of GTA IV and then installed all the mods in the order of: LCPDFR 1.0b ELS V7 police helper with:METT and medical examiner and towing service. then using OpenIV for the Los Angeles Emergency Service Pack. Then I used the LaunchGTAIV.exe to launch the game. Enter my account, play. AAAANNNDD. Black screen.
  4. I reinstalled the whole thing and when I launch it it is just a black screen.
  5. Got it working after 2 reinstalls. What ENB is good with a low-mid end pc. (i7 and Radeon 5870)
  6. Still not working.
  7. All I see in the ini are numbers. I have disabled the keys in trainer
  8. I have encountered a new problem. When I press alt+m it wont show the menu. ELS does work.
  9. Is there a way to not have alt p to spawn a car?
  10. Wow that's nice... I just wasted another 1 hour downloading another 13 gigs.
  11. I have another problem. I installed them all at once except the vehicles and the lights have disappeared.
  12. Hi I am new here and I got GTA 4 from the steam sale and I have a question. I will be installing the trainer, ELS 7, LCPDFR 1.0, Los Angeles Emergency Services Vehicles Pack 2.2 all at once and would I have to play the first mission first before installing all of them? Thanks!
