I already install the els v6 , it works, but when I turn on the emergency light, the lights on the car is blue and red, but around the car only show red on the wall or ground. Can someone help me to solve this, thanks.

I download GTA 4 EFLC from Amazon, after download completed, I run the setup started to install it, when almost finish the install, it show my system is not ok.( I forgot what it exactly said.) After that, the install shows, Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 are required in order to run Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City. My system is Windows 7 home premium 32 bit
