To spawn this model in game either use ragehook or simple native trainer and spawn by model name (name is police11)

ABOUT:
This is an urban medium pumper firetruck used by the Country Fire Authority in Victoria Australia.
It is build by SEM fire & rescue and uses emergency warning systems by Code 3 PSE.
All in all this is one of my biggest projects I've made for GTA, taking around 9 months from start to finish in between my real life. I tried hard to make this as detailed as possible, minus the interior, and I've got to say I'm quite proud of the way it has turned out.
And no I will not make a version with lights that flash the traditional way. It is possible to do it yourself by modifying the flash pattern found in the carcols.ymt, but that is the only way you'll get it.

These vehicle is used by Victoria Police largely in regional and rural areas. The Divisional (divvy) van is a rural variant of the more common single cab divvy van found widely across Victoria. The rural divvy van is based on a crew cab chassis, and there are only 40 in service across the state at the moment.
NOTES:
1. These models make use of vehicle modkits to add 3 new bullbars, 1 new bonnet and one snorkel to the vehicle.
Once you install everything correctly, spawn the vehicle in game, use a trainer mod to navigate to vehicle mods, and cycle through front bumpers, bonnet, or right wing.
2. These models both use Aussie Flash Patterns 1.5 or later. This is only used for the environmental lighting, so ELS is still essential. Aussie Flash Patterns is not a requirement for these vehicles to work, but it greatly improves the visual effects of the emergency lights.
3. These models are installed in new vehicle slots. If your game crashes during the loading screen download a modified gameconfig.xml file to fix the issue.
Keep in mind that this needs to be updated after every game update.

ABOUT:
This vehicle was used widely by Victoria Police before the end of the Commodore's production in 2017
 
WHATS NEW:
Model has been completely rebuilt from scratch, using brand new or refreshed parts.
 
NOTES:
This model makes use vehicle modkits to add a bullbar to the vehicle. Once you install everything correctly, spawn the vehicle in game, use a trainer mod to navigate to vehicle mods, and cycle through front bumpers.
 
TERMS OF USE:
The user of this vehicle has permission to edit the liveries on this vehicle or create their own with the provided template.
IF the user modifies my liveries, they do not have permission to re-upload it to any website, if they make their own they have permission to, although they cannot upload the vehicle with it.
The user does not have permission to use this vehicle in any sort of GTA Online, or similar, without permission.
If any user wishes to create a public vehicle pack with this vehicle, they must ask permission from me, Macgregor, prior to using it.
NOBODY has permission to use unlocking or ripping software to gain access to the model for dev use. If you wish to use anything seen in this model you must contact me.

This is a Code 3 Pursuit Lightbar development model
NOTES: The flash pattern in the video is made possible with Aussie Flash Patterns. It is not required to use Aussie Flash Patterns with this model, however keep in mind that if you do not use it you will have a different flash pattern.
I will NOT be giving anybody help with using this model. If you are not experience with modding then use various tutorials found on the internet.
If you have issues with the model that you believe are a bug in the model, please search on the internet to see if it could be any other issue. If you still believe it is a model error, let me know and I will see what I can do
