I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

2014 Dodge Charger Marked Road Patrol with the updated Code3 Javelin
2016 Dodge Charger Marked Road Patrol with the Code3 RX2700 Multicolored Lightbar
2016 Dodge Charger Marked Road Patrol Slicktop with the Code3 Supervisor Flex lightbar
2016 Dodge Charger Ghost Road Patrol with the Code3 Headliner Light Module
 
The newer vehicles feature some really interesting and new lighting setups. There is a Ghost/Stealth unit included that is fairly new and a really unique design. Enjoy!

Known Issues include a few tiny texture bugs that i'll get to and that's about it. If you have some crazy gamebreaking issue that DOES have to do with the models, go ahead and shoot me a PM my dog.
 
I want to give a special thanks to a few people who have taken this pack very far with modeling tips and pointers and models themselves.
@OfficerFive0 You have provided a lot of support as well as a shit ton of models, really helped me out. Thank you.
@Fartknockr I had a few utterly stupid gamebreaking model issues and you assisted me in seconds, much appreciated support. Nice Westin too.

Federal Signal Smart Siren ON/OFF tones for "SirenSwitchHonker."

On/Off tones for Albo's Siren Switch Honker mod, this makes beep sounds when you turn on your siren, ain't that cool? The tones are quite similar to the ELS V8 tones, so you get a bit of nostalgia!

Seattle Police Department CVPI Mini Pack 1.0:
Patrol Unit 31609:
The car features an almost entirely accurate setup to the real life unit 31609 of the West Precinct of SPD. Features extra spawning rifles in the gun rack, and handcuffs on the spotlight.
Slicktop Unit 89197:
This unit can range from a slicktop unit, to a DUI Squad vehicle, to an unmarked unit. Slicktop variant is based off of Unit 89197 of the East Precinct.

I plan on creating a full pack for seattle police department, so expect that sometime in the future :P
 
Addressing the LOD problem:
Some users seem to be seeing disappearing parts at short distances, while I am not experiencing this issue myself, I plan on updating the file with increased LOD distances on all parts. A way to cope with this issue until the file is updated is increasing the LOD high distance in your visualsettings.
 
Please do not message me with generic problems like the following:
1. my lights aren't bright!!1!11 XD LOLZ A. install radiance or edit your visualsettings bud 2. HOW DO I INSTALL IT? A. readthereadme.txt 3. HOW DOES YOUR GAME LOOK BETTER THAN MINE!!//?!?1?/ A. I use Project Reload with custom edited timecycles, it's quite simple to install and looks nice, try it out! 4. There are no wig wags? A. I use the emergency strobes plugin, it's nice.

This mod changes the glass breaking textures, to be more realistic than the default unrealistic blood bath when shooting people in cars. If you have any suggestions please leave a comment, or send me a message.

there haven't been to many released, Especially one with a bike rack, So i've created my own! Enjoy! 🙂

Ok, So yes i am aware the vehicles are way, over poly. But they work fine for me on only 8GB ram. So they should work fine for you.

KNOWN PROBLEMS:

1. At times, When spawning the bike, it may be invisible. Too you or other players.

I Am currently working on fixing that.

2. The Bike looks like someone ran over it 4 times and then flushed it down a toilet, When viewed in OpenIV!

NOTE: IT DOES NOT LOOK THAT WAY IN GAME.

This is a skin for Colorado State Patrol, for DSF CVPI's

I Know there is another out there, but it was pure white and had some flaws, so i made another.

I Know the blue line is off by a bit, It still looks fine to me.
