1) Download your desired ambulance from the links below

2) Import that ambulance using Spark IV or Open 4 under vehicles.img

3) Open ambulance.wtd and replace the current livery the ambulance has (you have to find it on the list) with the one provided in the texture that belongs to that vehicle

4) You're done
