Just need to add a few last touches to the Tahoe, and the two will be ready to patrol the streets.

I know people are gonna be mad but I just wanted to do something completely off my head and make it 100% creative so I made this. It is going to be a whole pack, with a Liberty lightbar when Ian/Carper finish. The livery is slightly based off of MSP but I was kinda creative with it, the rest of it is just random. Anyway enjoy.
