Hey Guys i have finally been able to complete these and test these cars. I just really wanted to put together a car that had a set up i would choose. its not based of any real world cruiser. if i left anyone out of the credits PM me and i will fix them. Enjoy guys. 
JUST A QUICK NOTE: On the Credits. there is a line on the Model that states " Rims by Rims by GerryStudio, IronicRainbow, & Bxborgs123" This is not suppose to be in there. the dev model released had different rims on it that i chose not to use. this line has been taken out on the description but not in the download. I just wanted to make sure it is clear that the proper credits were and are being given. Thanks 
 
 
 
 
 

Hello Everyone, 
This is my Latest release for GTAIV. still trying to keep our small community going. I Put together these Hazmat Suburbans mainly because i wanted to do them for a while now. I hope you all enjoy these. Comment and Rate. also i will keep trying to put together unique models. Installation
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to import the police.wft, police.wtd, police2.wft and the police2.wtd from the Vehicle Files folder into GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img.
Copy the provided ”ini” into the GTAIV\ELS folder and replace the “file” line value associated with the model(s) in the “_SLOTCONTROL.ini” with our provided “ini” file and ensure the “status” value is on.

You may:
 Replace or edit textures. Redistribute modified variants of modifications as long as correct credits and a link to the original download on accuratestudio.com are provided.

- accurate (well, as accurate as you can with ELS) lighting patterns
NOTES:
- the device on the driver's side can be made invisible in game by going into OPENIV and editing the .wtd of this vehicle and replacing the texture kussmaul with the transparent texture provided in the file.
- Use the provided ELS configuration file is STRONGLY ADVISED, not doing so would most likely make the valor only flash white.
