    WIP Arrow XT 75' Quint

Very nice looking rig.... could I possibly have a link to this vehicle sir?
  2. Can you add the tactical thigh holster like in the picture?
  3. Let me clear this up guys. It wasn't my intent to sound demanding or disrespectful I was just brain storming and throwing some suggestions/ideas out there, I'm sorry if I came off the wrong way. I appreciate all the hard work and time the Developers have put into LCPDFR and continue to put into this project, they have done an amazing job. , my intent was to throw ideas out there in the hopes of inspiring changes that id like to see for the benefit of everyone, or maybe some suggestions on how I can achieve them. Despite all the tweaks I've done to my game it runs more stable now than it ever has, I would just like to see it improved upon, sure I understand what we got now might be the best its going to get, and that's fine.. I don't blame the Developers I know they are working within the frame work they got, I get that. And I know you cant please everyone... I greatly appreciate what they have given us. So again, I'm sorry if I offended anyone with my initial post, that wasn't my intent guys, I think we all just want the same thing here, the best most realistic game we can get.
  4. I'm not asking anyone for anything.. the topic was for suggestions.. I'm throwing a few ideas out there that id like to see. When I ask someone specifically for something I will ask them nicely and I will compensate them for their work.
  5. Forget adding features like coffee cups, boat patrols.. ect lets work on getting the game to work well before we venture off into things we don't really need. Work on stability of the game, that should be the main focus. Work to eliminate crashing. Make this your top priority. I understand this may be an incredible task, I heard someone say that rock star could fix the game if they wanted to go line by line and fix the code or something to that effect... maybe a group of people in the know could start this. Next Id work on the game AI. Especially Ambulances... or give us the option to turn them off. I have removed them from my game because of the annoyance they cause, or I move them to another spot and use the coroner script to call them out when needed. Or work on vehicles driving around the police car when it is conducting a traffic stop... Or when it has its lights activated. Not sure if its justme but in single player my game seems to be doing that a little better. Some other features Id like to see, turn all voices off, especially law enforcement... personally I get tired of "pull over asshole" or "your driving like your drunk" ect... I went into the voice files and removed all that myself. Its great when your roll playing when you don't have to hear dumb one liners constantly.. Especially when your pulling someone over. On a traffic stop there is no talk, and it feels more like your really stopping a car instead of sounding like you have road rage. An in game dispatching system would be nice.. I got tired of waiting for someone a decent one so I created my own out of game system using a web page and html. It allows me to give back random information at varying degrees.. for example I can make it to where people come back wanted more often or less often, ect. I will include a pic what I made. In my clan we like to have humans playing civilians/criminals... when they set up a scenario they send the dispatcher a msg on windows live, this simulates the dispatcher receiving a phone call... the dispatcher then assigns the call and calls it out over the radio to officers. Not sure if its out there.. give officers the ability to walk.. I don't like running back and forth to a suspects car on a traffic stop.. real life officers don't run everywhere all the time... in single player you walk unless you specify that you want to run.. so I would think it would be possible to do it in multi player. Is there a simple way to rename cars to their real life names? I don't like stopping a burrito.. when in real life its a gmc van, or what ever. When im dispatching if an officer tells me that he is pulling over a burrito I think he is getting lunch or being a wise guy and stopping a Mexican or I do however understand when he says he is stopping a dark blue 2 door Chevy Camaro... My temp solution to this is to just have officers call in generic descriptions.. such as a Blue 2 Door Sports Car, or a Red 4 Door SUV, ect. I use an ALP program to get plate numbers for stopped vehicles.. that's it only purpose, we ignore any "hits' it gets, we leave it off until we stop a car, then we activate it to get a license plate number to give to dispatch... A program like this integrated into lcpdfr would be nice.... something that shows a random plate number and a real life name of the car stopped... make it to where we can configure names of cars. Something that eliminates all graffiti and garbage/trash including all rusted out cars, magazines on the ground, trash in the water.. my city I want to play in don't look like the slums.. I have considered going thru the game myself and doing my best to get rid of as much of this as I possible can.. not only would it improve the beauty of the game, or would probably pick up a few frames and run better. Another idea I made myself was renaming all the streets to easy to pronounce names from the city I live in. I also made patrol districts and color coded them on the big map and the mini map. I also got tired of trying to find ways to dispatch officers to specific locations or officers try to give their locations on stops, calls chases..ect.. So I created an address system.. every building, location gets a unique address... so for example I can dispatch officer to a residence for a domestic disturbance at 606 Grand Ave.. and they know excately where to go.. In my game we turn blips and game tags off.. so you don't know where officers or real players playing bad guys are... if your not paying attention you could walk right past a suspect hiding in a bush.. Maybe you guys could build on something like this make it even better.. I will include a sample of my map. Each section is a separate area we patrol Granite City IL which is Alderney.. its broken into a total of 5 Districts.. Adam, Boston, Charles, David, and Edward.. the other main land masses are different city's. Officers always know when they are in their district just by looking at the mini map. I got others ideas for creating a more real experience.. that's just a few ideas for starters.

A Granite City Police Officer shot a man after he allegedly charged at police with a knife in the 600 block on Grand Avenue Saturday afternoon. Police say the fight started in a home and ended in the street. Witnesses say they saw a man holding a knife and another man bleeding, appearing to be cut or stabbed. When officers arrived, they demanded the suspect drop the knife, but the suspect allegedly charged at police. Witnesses say officers fired two shots, hitting the suspect. The man shot and the two acquaintances he was allegedly fighting with were taken to a local hospital. One of the men is listed in serious condition following a surgery. All three are from the Granite City area. No officers were hurt during the incident. Illinois State Police are conducting an investigation into the shooting and say the Granite City officer will be interviewed. 11. Could you please take this mod down? Out of respect for the Granite City Police Department? ( Role Playing Clan )
  12. The color appears to be way off.
  13. Why these wont fit into my department/clan.. I just wanted to say these are awesome! Back when I was a cop we had a few older cars like these we had an impala not sure of the year, I think it was like an 88 maybe, and we had a ford around the same year, both were good cars, but I really liked the ford better, it was loaded to the gills.
  14. This car looks very promising.. simple and doesn't look like its Christmas time... Im going to download it before it get my finale approval... but looks great in the pics. 5/5 so far. Please modders, make more cars like these.
  15. This vehicle could be perfect if you Keep the push bumper but remove the GIANT headlights on it, take off the strip lighting on the push bumper and put 2 lights like on the other one, remove the lights on the side mirrors, make the tiny lights next to the headlight flash white instead of red, get rid of the hood scoop, remove all side lighting from the vehicle, and remove the boxes from the four corners of the light bar.... More lights isn't always better, I miss years ago when police cars were simpler and looked sleeker. Now for some its all about who can pile the most Christmas lights on their Christmas tree.
  16. Go to your local police department and apply for a job.
  17. Paint them black or find another model with black rims, I don't like the rims on that explorer anyway, I found a much better one.
