This model was simply just a normal CVPI with no lighbar or dashlights ect. My original thoughts were to
make the Crown Vic from "The Walking Dead" but couldn't get the right colours and detail. So instead I have
made a Liberty City texture with the same lightbar as my original idea of having the Whelen Edge 9000.

Please also be aware this is version 1 and I am taking in WIP comments.

Mercedes Benz Sprinter 211CD Panel Van.
Originally made by "British Police Mods", this Sprinter has now HD textures on the interior and exterior.
The skins are also HD and mainly made using "PNG" format so that you can get the best qulity.
This mod is to make those British modders feel more at home with UK Number Plates and textures.
I would recommend using this in a London GTA IV enviroment.

So what have I done,
This van originaly had LED lights for an unmarked van. I have now taken them off to have a NON-ELS vehicle. I have replaced interior textures with more good looking ones. Finally I made textures for the outside of the van.

Install:
I would install this using OpenIV or SparkIV.
Import or drag the 2 files into the vehicles.img

WARINING: I have made the interior and exterior quality higher. This means that your game could be slower depending on your PC.

Liberty City Police Texture Pack V1.0 includes four textures. The pack you need has five models but I have not included the CVPI Slicktop texture (Read the ReadMe for more).
