When I first open the game all the cars spawn and it works fine. Later I try to spawn some cars and not all of them work. The only time when I can spawn all the cars is when I first open the game, then after awhile not all of them spawn.

Can anybody help please!!!!! I'm still using openiv and I changed all my cars, exact same problem, Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!
