What benefit would any country capable of such an attack receive? China is making tons of money off of us. Russia has no incentive. What other country could even potentially mount such an attack? And how the hell would we have blown ourselves up? I don't like nuclear weapons, but it isn't like they aren't kept incredibly secure. No sensible country that posses nuclear weapons, even Pakistan, would not be dumb enough to use them anyway. You're proving yourself to be quite ignorant about the United States, and the geopolitical arena as well.

This is true. I live in Maryland, I'm a high school junior. All 9th graders (at least in Harford County) are required to take Government. AP Government/Politics is an available elective starting in 11th grade, which I take now. The Republican establishment wasn't taking any chances. Were it a Paul vs Obama election, it would have been a devastating defeat for Obama. People from all over the political spectrum identify with him. What many see as "weak" on Ron Paul's foreign policy is the greatest strength of it. Independence from relying on other nations and international organizations is a great thing. Having buddies is all well and good, but you need to be able to fend for yourself. That's politics. What one person thinks will work is exactly what the other thinks won't work. Both Bush and Obama have proven their fiscal irresponsibility. A health care system where you have to wait forever to get important surgeries? Paying for other people's conditions that may or may not be their own fault? Government controlling my health-care decisions? No thanks.

Things would continue to be terrible under either of them. The establishment is destroying this country. Unfortunately Gary Johnson only got 1.1% of the vote, so the Libertarian Party won't have a guaranteed place in all 50 state ballots or public funding.

You can get GTA IV on Steam or pretty much anywhere that sells PC games. It should be dirt cheap, probably around $10. The LCPD:FR mod is free.

There is a difference between a strong military and a global police force. Cuts the military need to be made. We don't need to be fighting in ridiculous wars and maintaining a presence in every country on the face of the earth. The military should be used to defend ourselves, not fight for everyone else. Iraq and Afghanistan were mistakes, and Iran will be another mistake under Romney. Let Israel deal with those wackjobs. And don't vote for someone based on party. Party politics have rendered Congress useless. Look at that bum Harry Reid. Supported auditing the Fed in the 90's, now tried to block it because it was introduced by Ron Paul. Or anything else that has been attempted in Congress. And remember that party does not necessarily define ideology.The Republican party is conservative in their rhetoric, but far from it in reality. Ron Paul and Gary Johnson are real conservatives. Libertarians. Goldwater people. Finally, you made yourself look damn silly with that last paragraph.

Romney and Obama are both cancers to this nation. The Republican establishment cheated Ron Paul out of the race, so I support Gary Johnson. I know he isn't going to win, but some sort of stand, some sort of protest has to be made. I like what a political YouTuber named TheSouthernAvenger (aka, Jack Hunter) said: "Barack Obama deserves to lose this election, but Mitt Romney does not not deserve to win it."
