You can add the weapon in the lcpdr ini file and I am not sure as what model you are talking about.

I know that in small municipalities it is legal kinda a budget issue but I don't know if its legal for other personal to drive the vehicle when its not in duty I assume it is as long as the lights and sirens weren't used.

I haven't experienced this at all I am excited for this though, cool deal dev team!

I love the skins and peds boozer nice videos, also love the blue lights you do need to change your els conf so all the environment lights are blue and amber. I am a fan of your videos but a few things to note for furture videos, your voice volume is pretty loud, and in the radiance mod you can import some textures to dull the taxi signs way down so they wont be so over powering. No complaints just trying to help

Start with lcpdr 1.0c and follow the readmes that come with just about every model as far as the models or cars your interested in. There are a few tutorials that show how to install and use things like sparkiv and openiv which you will need to install new car models. Other than that I really dont follow your question other than you have never played lcpdfr before

I can only imagine your concern being so close to home, this is a interesting time (lack of better phrase) in our, hell, basically world, there is unrest every where. Remember the days of being a child with no concerns but food and candy? I miss it no one told me how much it sucked to grow up.
