These textures were originally based on those found on some of Puerto Rico's police cars, but ultimately evolved into something else on its own.
 
Included in this download are textures any DSF CVPI template, Thehurk's 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and Iconic Rainbow's Ford Police Interceptor. 2K and 4K varients
are included for each model, as well as multiple unit numbers.

After a long hiatus from modding...here is my first GTA V skin. This is loosely based off of the Lake County Sheriff's Department in Indiana.
Included in this download are textures F5544's CVPI and Shadydk311's Chevrolet Suburban, with both high resolution (4096 x 4096) and standard resolution textures (2048 x 2048). There are 4 variants of the skin for the CVPI, one for each community that the Los Santos Sheriff's Department serves: Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores, Davis, and a generic LSSD variant. The Suburban will only have the generic variant as the model does not support multiple liveries. Unique unit numbers are included for each variant (CVPI only). 
There is a total of 17 unique textures included in this download (34 total including high and standard resolutions).

This skin is based on the livery used by the Oak Park Police Department. This download includes high resolution (4096 x 4096) textures for Cj24's DSF Ford Crown Victoria, Lt. Caine's 2006 Chevy Impala, and Kinksta100's Ford Police Interceptor Utility. Multiple unit numbers are available.

Introducing my first high resolution (4096 x 4096) skin, making it look very sharp in-game. I have to say, I'm very happy with the results. My goal is to have all my future skins be available in 4k. This skin is based on the livery used by the City of Napa Police Department. This download includes textures for Cj24's DSF Ford Crown Victoria, Lt. Caine's 2006 Chevy Impala, Kinksta100's Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and
ScrimpyData's 2014 Dodge Charge. Multiple unit numbers are available.

Winter's practically here, which means snow and snow plows for those of us living in parts of the world with less fortunate weather patterns. This skin is based on those found on the New York State Department of Transportation's vehicles. All logos and decals are scratch made.

This download includes textures for wolfrunner86's Dodge Ram 3500 Snow Plow and features unique plates and fleet numbers.

This skin is very loosely based on the livery used by the Jeanette Police Department in the 1990s.

This download includes textures for kinksta's 1991 Chevrolet Caprice and ChrisD's 1994 Chevrolet Caprice, as well as any other cars that share the same templates. Multiple unit numbers are available only for kinksta's Caprice.

I have always hated the default GTA IV bus from day one. Everything about it just looks awful. When I finally found the bus from GTA V up for download, I had no choice but to make an LTA texture for it. In addition to the livery, this download also includes multiple destination boards, about 2-3 for each borough, and textures for tinted windows.

There are several limitations/known bugs, most extending from lack of an actual template:
LTA logo at the rear of the bus is slightly cut off at the top. This is, again, something out of my control. The LTA logo is shared by two other locations on the bus. Changing the location of the LTA logo would affect the positioning of the other LTA logos.
The number of decals on the bus and their positions are hardcoded into the model. There is nothing I can do about it, unfortunately. If I could make this texture less basic looking, I would've.

This skin is based on the livery that is used by the Janesville Police Department on their Chevrolet Impalas. Of all the skins that I've released so far on LCPDFR, this one is my personal favorites. Hopefully you guys will enjoy it as much as I do!

These textures are for Lt.Caine's ELS8 Chevrolet Impala (which was featured in his SPVM pack) and any other compatible Impalas that share the same template. Multiple unit numbers are available.

After working on these textures on and off for almost 4 months, I decided to just finally finish and release them. These textures feature the (now old, I think?) livery used by the Town of Fishkill Police Department, a very small suburb about an hour and a half north of New York City.

Included in this pack are textures for Schaefft's Ford Crown Victoria (including Sentinel55's DSF Crown Vic), any DSF Crown Victoria using Cj24's template, Lt.Caine's Chevrolet Impala, and JokerMods's 2014 Dodge Charger. Multiple unit numbers are supported. Both Town of Fishkill and Liberty City versions are included.

A classic Liberty City Police Department skin based off of the livery used by the City of Madison Heights Police Department throughout the 70s and 80s.

This is my first vector (no, not the lightbar) graphics based skin. As opposed to traditional raster imaging, vector graphics are not pixel based. This means that you have the ability to enlarge, resize, or rotate your images without losing quality or creating distortions. For comparison:





The skin is based off of the Town of Newburgh Police Department, which has jurisdiction over the suburban area that surrounds New York's murder capital, the City of Newburgh. Like all my textures, this is not meant to be an exact replica.

Included in this pack are textures for Schaefft's Ford Crown Victoria model. Multiple unit numbers are supported. I'm planning on releasing these skins for the Chevy Impala and the Chevy Tahoe in the future.

Something a little different.

A parking enforcement texture for smokey8808's Toyota Prius model. The general design is not based on anything in particular. The "Parking Enforcement" text is very loosly based on Iowa State University's Parking Division. The "LCDOT" symbol is, of course, from "NYCDOT."

This is a complete remake of a skin that was previously included in my "LCPD Texture Pack" and is heavily based on the Ocean City Police Department. As with my textures from this point on, this skin was created specifically for GTA IV and not for my clan in APB: Reloaded. Because of this, I was not confined to a black and white paint scheme and was finally able to do this design justice. Please note that this is not supposed to be a replica of the cars used by the Ocean City Police Department.

Once finished, this pack will include textures for Schaefft's Ford Crown Victoria model, Bxbug123's 2011 Ford Taurus, and gfxle's Chevrolet Tahoe, with each featuring their own unique unit numbers.

This texture pack contains 12 different textures for Schaefft's Ford Crown Victoria model.

These textures initially served as mock-ups for the "San Paro Police Department," a police-themed clan that I help run in APB: Reloaded. In choosing a new design for our clan car, these mock-ups were voted on by
our members. The winning design would get ported into APB: Reloaded as our new clan car. For anyone wondering, this was the final result.

After the voting ended, I felt it would be a huge waste to just delete all the textures. So instead, I rebranded them to suit GTA IV and replaced all the SPPD markings with new LCPD markings.

If this generates enough interest, I will gladly make alternate versions of these textures to fit the other police cars that are available out there.

Known Bugs
The lines on some of the textures are a bit messed up in the area behind the rear passenger doors. I have no idea how to fix that. If anyone has a solution, let me know.
