    Instructions:
    Part 1)Download, then open SparkIV or OpenIV
    Browse, go to pc, models, cdimages, vehicles.img.
    Import the fbi.wtd and fbi.wft. if you havent downloaded it already you can find it here - https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/3616-2013-dodge-charger-lapd/

    Part 2)Select fbi.wtd, on the top, click "Edit"
    Replace the original hemi_sign_1 With the one that came with THIS download (the one by JayTheGamerHD)
    Save and exit!
