No, Hell did not freeze over. As requested by @Azkaosa I present to you my take on the Bexar County Sheriff. File includes both Bexar County and Blaine county textures for both the 2013 and 2018 Tahoes (only vehicles that Bexar County runs) They also reflect thanks to @thegreathah and his awesome Tahoe releases.
