  1. SomKilla's post in Weird Callout issue -SOLVED- was marked as the answer   
    do you have a phone icon with an X in the bottom left corner?  not the sleep mode one for the phone, there is another that shows up when you need to use Alt-E to radio in to dispatch. Then you should get more callouts, took me a few days to notice this.
