    Hey howdy hi, everyone. The skin itself is kinda based off of Rocky Mount, NC, not 100% as I had trouble making one or two things on the actual cars plus added my own spice of life to it.
     
    Another note is please critique this as it's my first skin I've done in a while and would like to get into making more skins, so any feedback would be appreciated my guys.
     
    Oh yeah, 'nother thing is I'm real bad at license plates so the plate I used is by ShoTzz just added the random numbers/letters.
     
    I also used Maurice97's code 3 pursuit pack.
