is there a way to make games stop needing the cd to play? and y do they need the cd cus iv played games were i dont need the cd but for most u do y?

y is gta 4 so hard to mod/make mods for compared to gta sa? in gta sa u can find literally anything but in gta 4 its harder or cant be made is it like a legal issue? im just tryin to understan stuff better

thats wierd it didnt post ok so whn u call for a heli alt+v it says time for the choppers or w.e and i see the blue marker but it crashes the game a sec after
