LawPacks+ was made to add more Citations and charges  for a more in depth experience. I aim for accuracy in all of my packs. USA+ is a general US law. Canadian Eh+ Is As accurate as possible, INCLUDING the recent legalization of Cannabis. It is up to date with the laws and fines as provided by the Manitoba RCMP (Fine amounts may vary by province). I am always looking at ways to add more citations and charges by running the newest and most popular callouts to find any missing charges and citations

Royal San Andreas Police
(RCMP Based)
 
This pack is based off the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. This pack, along with all my other things aren't designed specifically for a single vehicle pack but rather the most commonly used models. Now if anyone knows which 2016 Explorer model is going to prevail as the most common, please share as there are many different models currently out there and I am unsure which ones to keep skinning and which to start working with. Now let me tell you, there are so many variations on the RCMP scheme that unless you are basing it solely off of one provinces version, you will never get an 'accurate' skin. This pack is supposed to be a general look and is mainly a cross between BC and Alberta RCMP variations of the scheme. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle then importing all the skins then save. I have noticed a few modellers have changed the name of the texture for the model, say for example, from chrg_sign_1 to chr2_sign_1, for most models I have found the skins still fit but you will need to rename the files accordingly.

Hi there. So this is a mini pack of two 2014 FPIUs for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department of New York/Connecticut. They have jurisdiction over the entire state of New York, patrolling and protecting specifically the trains and subways and transit hubs of the state, as well as parts of Connecticut. Because the only good LA Taxi for GTA is pretty outdated I decided to make a new one.
I am not from LA and because I have never been in such a taxi I am sorry if there are any inaccuracies.

This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

- 2015 Tahoe (Patrol & K9)
- 2013 FPIU (Patrol, Unmarked & K9)
 
PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

Hi there folks. So this is my Los Santos EMS Paramedic pack consisting of just two vehicles. The graphics/liveries are based off of Montreal and Urgence Sante which is french, and this was originally going to be a part of my French Canadian pack so all of the words and stuff are in French, but I translated Los Santos into french so it is technically Los Santos just a different language. I thought that I would go a bit of a different route with this model.  It's small town police department FPIU. What does that mean exactly? Well, I wanted to create a FPIU that a small town police agency would have. I  only put Star lighting on there because it is cheap and more than likely what Grapeseed or Sandy Shores could afford. Everything on it is basic lighting and equipment. No name brands. Just a little something to change things up. But, I am really happy with the outcome of it and I know that you are going to love it as well! Comes with some extra's that I am sure you guys will appreciate. Haha.
