    This is my first upload ever to the LCPDFR community so please do show your support and feedback is very welcome. I am from around the Highland Park area and know they use a Ford Explorer so I decided to make a texture for one. I know there are a few other packs with the HP chargers so I thought I'd complete the pack! This texture is made for the Ford Explorer Utility v1.0 by Code 3 customz and GTAxBOSS.
