    I have been modding my GTA for a while now on all things LSPDFR and one day I ran into the problem that cops did not move anymore. When I went to go and shoot people, they would fall down and stand up again and not do anything. Cop cars would spawn with 2 cops and they wouldn't move when I was standing right next to them. Could this be caused by one of my mods? Please help!
