I put some mods on my gta4 and now it stuck in >intro mode, Q: should I >reinstall?, I'm off of Strem... and will i have to pay to reinstall.

Awe man I messed up somehow, I trted to download it into my game and now my game is stuck in intro, can someone help PLZ. Q: should I uninstaal the game then reinstall the game... It's off of STREM ?

Heys gamers, I don't know how to make a file to for gta 4, heres the thing i'm new to this and i want to be albe to make mods and put them into my game, And my lcpdfr.95 crashed and got my guy stuck in duty force mold,SMH need all the HELP I CAN GET...Thanks Guy.
