  1. Do you mean to have a spotlight or push bar spawn randomly on a car?
  2. Yeah that is the one I am talking about, thanks for replying though.
  3. Does anyone know of a Tomar 930N Lightbar development part that has been released. I am not looking for the LED one that was released by gfxle, I am looking for one of the older heliobe ones. Thank you in advance.
  4. I am new to modeling and I recently created a series of vehicles and I am having a problem with lights on the boot and Push bar. In ZModeler and in OpenIV it shows the lights attached but when I get in game the lights don't show up(The object itself and the extra for ELS). Please help, I have been trying to fix this for a while but nothing has worked. The hierarchy pictures are 2 posts down.
  5. I will, but.... how do I do that?
  6. I am pretty sure it was taken off for a while ,but it is back for anyone looking for an unlocked Tahoe. http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?s=461dad90cca136fc028f2c5c96395363&do=file&id=2259
  7. I think that will work actually, thanks!
  8. Thanks, do you know if there is any unlocked versions to use in ZModeler?
  9. I have been looking at these images for a half hour trying to figure it out. At first I though they were RX2700, then I though it was an Arjent, now I am thinking it is a Whelen Liberty... Please help me, I want to make a model based of these.
  10. I recently created a model and imported into GTA IV using OpenIV and came across a problem i haven't had before. Some doors are missing and all of the wheels. Also, what I think is the doors is really bug and blocking my view. Is it the model, something I added, ZModeler, the hierarchy, please help. Actually, every time I start the game and spawn the car again, something else disappears. The files that have the option to download are more pictures, ingame and in ZModeler. This is my updated version of my LVMPD Uniform. The only real change is the duty gear but it make the uniform that much more realistic. As before, they still feature different nameplates. Your feedback and any suggestions that make the uniform more realistic is appreciated. Anyone that is more familiar with the uniforms has and suggestions or tips to make the uniform more realistic please PM me or comment below. This Pack contains a winter uniform as well but is not in the pictures(Other than a WIP Motor unit which is similar), it is just like what was peviously released and is updated with new gear.
  13. I used the LVMPD CVPI that can be found here
  14. It can be found here
  15. Wow! Thank you for that. This is really going to improve it, I might even need to go back to my other files.

This is my recreation of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Formal Uniform.Like my other files, these also feature unique nameplates for each texture. They also feature unique citation bars/ribbons and Service Hash Marks on the sleeves depending on rank(Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Officer, Rookie). Along with this there is a shrouded and unshrouded badge version for each rank. Images available for the Formal Uniform are limited so if anyone who can provide more insight on the Uniform, or sees something that is incorrect please message me and I will do my best to correct it. This uniform also comes with a a re textured hat which I am still in the process of "fixing up", but for now it is the best that I can get it. Also, I know that "rookie" is not a real rank, but I did not know what else to call it(It has no citation bars or hash marks). I'm sorry for not having many images of the shrouded badge, My Game Crashed when I was setting up the funeral scene and my game ran at 5 FPS during this so I just decided to leave them out. If it is any consolation the Shroud is just a Diagonal Nylon Stripe that goes over the badge. If you are looking for the Original Model made by Olanov, It can be found here
  16. The model only comes with one variation. I might make a similar version for other ped models but I am still undecided about that.
  17. Yeah, I know but the model only comes with short sleeves, I wanted to try and represent something like it though.
  18. How about instead of going to a police station to go on-duty in a rural area(because they are so scarce), there can be a pre-made checkpoint off the highway where you can go on and off duty. Maybe there could be a police transporter there too. You could just put the detainee in the back of the transporter and once it fills up or has someone in it it drives off towards the nearest police station or just drives off and disappears.
  19. I did create a new badge for the skin(Says the same thing the LVMPD one does) but the badge is part of the model and I can edit it.
