This is standalone vehicle, which means it does not replace any original vehicle.
Follow the instruction very carefully! and always ::::BACK UP:::: original files first!!!!!
If you have other addon/standalone vehicle installed, proceed to "ADVANCED INSTALL.txt"

===installation===
1. Using OpenIV, click Edit-Add and select all three vehicle files to:
   GTA V > x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
2. Also using OpenIV, locate and replace "vehicles.meta", location is:
   GTA V > update > update.rpf > common > data > levels > gta5 > vehicles.meta
3. Do the same with "carvariations.meta" located at:
   GTA V > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpluxe2 > dlc.rpf > common > data > carvariations.meta

There's few minor issues right now. Will be fixed with update later on so hang on!
known issues: siren light textures inside the car is invisible(corona is visible)
I'm having trouble making original dominator's rim black, so if you know how to do it, plz let me know :3

This is texture pack for Lt.Caine's V interceptor, so no models included.

-installation
Using OpenIV, open police3.ytd in “update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf”.
Locate "pol3_sign_1~4" and replace it with the ones you downloaded
 
I made this, waiting for real ford taurus interceptor to come to GTA V.

I left this unlocked(as usual) so you can have fun with it!(but fair credit is expected when redistributing)

There are two options, choose one of them and replace them using openiv or sparkiv.
If you've chosen ELS version, move the ELS7 VCFs (vehicle configuration files) contained in the downloaded ELS folders to the ELS folder in your main GTAIV game directory (you must have ELS V7 installed).
In the vehicle control sections of your ELS.ini, make sure to link the correct VCFs to the appropriate models.
