I got this idea when my local city's police started changing liveries on us, so i started coming up with ideas. Let me know how to improve and what I can do next, I have been doing this stuff for awhile but have never uploaded to the community before.
I have made two versions, one with black and black accents, the other has black and blue accents. I only have one picture of the blue accented one, I got a bit lazy :P
 
Installation instructions in the readme, comes with a good window tint too for Gumps vehicles.

This is a texture mod for @Diab0 's Glock 17 mod. This is a simple texture mod, I do not deserve any credit. I hope to release more colored skins in the future. Cheers!
