Flashlights and Lasers

In another throwback to older versions of LCPDFR, we've experimented a little with some new possibilities offered by the latest version of AdvancedHook.

In doing so, we've managed to add back flashlights (only for partners as an experimental test), and for the first time, red laser dots on stun guns (for everyone!).
