how did you put the caprice rims even

cuz everytime I put it in the steel rim it just moves as not steady

@Caprice Fan The original model is the DEV 1990 Chevy Caprice by Lundy. It already had those rims.

I mean it was a police package and it only have one hubcap, how do you put it in four wheels?

First of all, I didn’t put anything to this car, it’s not made by me. If you say that you see only a wheel, maybe you see it like that in OpenIV, because it’s just to show the car, and all the four wheels with hubcaps are not necessary, not even placed properly. But when you go in-game, the car already has four wheels with hubcaps, like it’s supposed to be.

I mean when I open the game I only see one hubcap and other else is all black steel rims

I repeat: it’s an unreleased model, made by officerwaller. I’m testing it for him. I didn’t use ZM3 on this car.
