Good luck pursuing any copyright charges if you used a template provided to you, for a model, of which is not 100% yours. To my knowledge you have to be the sole owner/creator to hold a copyright.

FYI: You cannot claim any copyright claim whatsoever on this. For these main reasons;

• The content is being shown in a virtual game world created and copyrighted by Rockstar Games & Rockstar North
  
• If the model was not created by you, you cannot claim copyright on it because you made the skin for it, the copyright claim could possibly slide if the model came with a creative commons license
  
• The models are based on real world vehicles which I highly doubt you've paid the substantial fees to the companies featured such as Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge in order to obtain the licenses to use these vehicles.
