Sometimes center caps fall off and the department wants to have continuity, but they can't afford a new center cap.

Correct, only a SAP would have chrome door handles past 1998, and btw @Maurice97 There's some other issues with that base model like the dirt mapping, the high poly count, and maybe some normals.
