EDIT: Fixed Uv Mapping and other bugs. Bugs, reported, should be fixed. Reduced bending.

The mapping looks really screwed up. Make sure you map it as a flat surface and shape it after.

    I know and I did; I think know I screwed up the shaping when I was bending the badge. Here is what the badge looks like flat:
