Yugoslav Police(Milicija) Stanier(Fictional and Alternate History)

As a Fan of Alternate History, i thought, i could made a Reskin the LCPD Livery from Vx5voltage and GCT 2nd Gen Stanier Mod for GTA IV from LCPD to Yugoslav Milicija, as what if Yugoslavia would still exist.
