A Lakeview County Police Officer arrives on scene of an apparent incident where a male appeared to be in medical distress on the side of a highway.

 

It's unclear what transpired, but witnesses indicate that the man appeared to be laying on his side, and every so often would wave his arms at passing vehicles.

 

Police and EMS officials assessed the man, and he was later transported to local medical facilities for treatment for an unknown medical issue.
