The suspect's vehicle was a Mercedes W111, the mod can be found here - http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/mercedes-benz-w111-f11255 The CVPI I was using was Sgt. Kanyo's 2003 LAPD Crown Victoria with black trim, using Lt. Caine's Port Authority texture.
