Trooper-In-Charge T. Swanson of the Alderney County Sheriff's Office arrests a suspected child molester/kidnapper at gunpoint as backup arrives. The suspect was positively IDed by two 12 year old girls he tried to kidnap while they played in the park. The suspect had previously been charged with murder, rape, molestation, and kidnapping in Alaska before moving to LC. The suspect was charged with attempted kidnapping, failure to notify law enforcement upon change of address (registered sex offender). T. Swanson is in-charge of a 5 man ACSO operated station just blocks from Middle Park.
